ACTION ITEMS
1/18 (MANDATORY)
You’ll receive the Mid-Year Evaluation on Monday, January 11th and it is due on
Monday, January 18th. Once you’ve completed your section of the form, your coach will
complete their portion. You will receive a copy of the completed form for your review
and records as soon as your coach signs it.

Probably should have done this at the beginning of the year, but I am learning virtual
too! Anyway, in a effort to get you guys more connected to each other, please

reach out to each other and make new friends based on content, interests or if you are
