Creates the strategies to ensure staff have what they need to thrive in a great culture, leading operations to ensure our systems and resources are clear, equitable, and aligned to creating maximum impact.
Develops the structures and means by which alumni can connect and spread knowledge and innovative learning so that they can work together to create a significant impact in systems change.
