As the Managing Director of Strategy, Talent, & Operations Keyosha leads the operations team, stewarding the experiences of our 27 staff members throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring that we attract, retain, and cultivate a diverse team of leaders who feel they can thrive and belong at TFA Nashville-Chattanooga.
A Birmingham native and 2005 graduate of the University of North Alabama, Keyosha served as a director with the Boys and Girls Club of Middle TN and in operations support with RePublic before joining the TFA team in November.
Key Responsibilities
Sets vision, strategy, and goals for regional talent, culture, and operations
Manages the Strategy, Talent & Operations team, including the Manger of Talent & Operations
Leads the annual planning process, all staff spaces, and the talent and recruitment processes
