Transitional Leaders
Teach For America Nashville-Chattanooga is seeking outstanding alumni and second-year corps members as Transitional Leaders in 2022.

Transitional Leaders will directly support 2022 corps members from the time they accept their offer to join Teach For America to the start of pre-service training (formerly known as Institute). They will guide and facilitate corps member learning and skill building.

Time Commitment

Estimated range of 2 - 5 hours per week through June/July 2022, including:

Monthly virtual meetings with corps members

Individual check-ins with TFA staff

Compensation
The Transitional Leader Role will be compensated at a rate of $20 an hour.

Corps Member Confirmation Volunteers
Support prospective corps members in one of the most impactful decisions of their life.

Prospective corps members who receive an offer from Teach For America would like to talk to you. Whether it's to hear from your experience with relocation, attending grad school, or teaching 8th grade math, your experience and insight is valuable.
