April Berman

April Berman currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Asurion, where she is responsible for developing and executing legal strategy in support of business objectives across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.

April’s areas of focus include oversight of legal matters for Asurion’s operations throughout the Americas, the enterprise compliance program—Integrity First, and support of the product innovation and global supply chain management organizations. Before joining Asurion in 2005, April was in private law practice with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC.

April is a Compassion Forward board member and is active in several professional legal organizations.
