Kristina Montague

Kristina Montague is Managing Partner of the JumpFund, an early stage investment fund with over $7M under management comprised of majority female investors focused on providing growth capital to women-led ventures in the Southeast US. She is also a partner in Next Wave Impact Fund, a national effort to engage and educate women investors interested in impact-focused ventures.
Kristina's commitment to education spans decades, beginnning with her decision to join one of Teach For America's first groups of corps members in 1991, when she taught in South Louisiana. Since then, she has remained committed to expanding opportunities for students throug her personal and professional leadership.
Kristina has served as Assistant Dean of External Affairs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s College of Business, where she developed her passion for supporting and encouraging women as business leaders. She is currently Chair of the Company Lab in Chattanooga, and serves on the boards of Launch Tennessee, Chattanooga’s Enterprise Center and the Tennessee Aquarium. She is a trustee of the Footprint Foundation and an active member of the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute.
