Allison Acker

Allison Wiseman Acker is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Bass Berry & Sims, where she represents clients in complex business litigation, including securities class actions, derivative suits, and litigation related to mergers and acquisitions and breach of fiduciary duty.

A Nashville native, Allison began her commitment to education in 2009, when she joined Teach For America to serve as a corps member in St. Louis, MO. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Allison was an associate at Hunton & Williams, LLP in Richmond, Virginia, where she represented public and private companies and company executives in complex civil litigation, securities class actions, and investigations.
